Comfort Electric Step Through Bike

As a novice bike rider the comfort electric bike is easy to use and ride. It is a solid bike which grips the road making you feel secure. From start to finish mycle kept me informed with handy emails that explained the process, how to assemble the bike and as a novice how to ride it. Delivery was on time and the delivery drivers very helpful. Would definitely Mycle e bikes.

Very sturdy and stylish bike and I like the Hackney Blue colour too. Two niggles - the battery is not easy to remove and secondly the range is quite limited compared to my Gazelle e bike and my wife's ePendleton

This is my first purchase of an electric bicycle. I spent a long time researching which bike and company I would be happy with.
Customer feedback for Mycle was good and I was impressed with the praise given to customer services.
As I am only 5ft tall I also had difficulty in finding a supplier who produced a suitable bike. It was good to find a company that could supply one.
Before my purchase I emailed Mycle to clarify a few points and their response was quick helpful and very friendly.
I then decided to purchase the, "Comfort Electric Step Through"
The bike was delivered on time and extremely well packaged.
I have never had to part assemble a bike before, but there is't much to do and there are instructions. The only thing I struggled with was making sure I put the quick release bolt on the front wheel into the correct side as instructions didn't say left or right side. I then worked out that the disc brakes dictated this.
Unfortunately snow, ice and Christmas stopped me getting out straight away.
I have now had two rides out and am very impressed. You just need to take it easy and give yourself time to get used to how the power kicks in and how to use the gears to conserve energy. On my second ride I found that I was in tune with the bike. The controls are well placed on handle bars and easy to use. The throttle option is a real bonus for smooth starting at traffic lights etc.
I still try to challenge myself and get a good workout on my rides. The bike has given me confidence to know I can tackle the gradients and winds that had stopped me getting out on certain days. I believe as a result I will be spending far more time exercising. Also popping to the shops on the bike and leaving the car at home.
The bike is very well made and looks attractive. I love the integrated lights especially the automatic brake light which is a great safety feature.
I cannot praise the customer service enough as it is so important to know that help is immediate and positive. For example my bike had a really tiny chip on the frame and I asked if they possibly had a touch up pot. I was told to source a suitable paint which I did and was immediately refunded the ten pound it cost.
I haven't used my bike enough to comment on battery life over time. I will revisit later in the year to give an update.
I hope the tree that is planted because of my purchase has a good life. Love the ethical ethos of this company.
The purchase of a Mycle bike has been a positive experience.

I love my new bike!

I am really impressed with the bike. Had it a couple of weeks now. I originally ordered the the classic mycle bike but my order got lost in transit and when I e mailed mycle they were really helpful and offered me a free upgrade which was several hundred pounds more and also included a basket free of charge as the classic came with a basket as standard. In addition mycle arranged for next day delivery as my original order had been delayed and then got lost. Easy to assemble and have really enjoyed using my bike and makes riding a pleasure again with the pedal assistance with the battery. Would highly recommend and thank you to the mycle team with your prompt e mails and customer service.
